  • Deep

    Full body massage, realigns the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue, releases the chronic tension through slow strokes, breaks up scar tissue and knots, using deep pressure on the tense areas, by following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

    Good for: intense body pain, sore muscles, old injuries, mobility limitations, deep muscle tension—acute or chronic

    Assists in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma, using both deep tissue techniques, stretching, and targeting problem areas

    Good for: professional, semiprofessional, hobby athletes, professionals who stand a lot or use their body intensely

  • Hot Stone Therapy

    Relaxing massage using heated smooth volcanic stones, which are placed onto the body, and also used to massage the body. Provides deep muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and stress relief.

    Booked for: 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours

    Good for: relaxation, stress relief, muscle tension, and those who need deep massage but need it too painful

    Not recommended for: pregnancy, burns, skin cancer, those with any metal devices in their bodies, psoriasis, dermatitis, acne, eczema, and shingles, weakened or inflamed skin.

  • Lymphatic Drainage:

    What is lymph

    Your massage therapist will follow a particular sequence, using a series of massage techniques, including stretching, compressing, gliding, and cupping motions. They'll start with the main lymph drains. These include lymph nodes in your:‌Neck Groin Armpits

    They use gentle movements to stretch and move the skin in the direction of lymph flow. The strokes must start at the part of the limb nearest to your torso and move outward.
